AnvilHeart Deepforge is made by DigiCore. This policy explains what data the game uses and why. You can reach us at support@digicore.studio.
Your progress, gear, heroes, settings and the birth year you enter on first launch are saved only on your device. We do not run accounts or servers, and uninstalling the game deletes this data.
We ask for your birth year once so we can show age-appropriate ads and offers. The year never leaves your device. Players under 13 only get ads that are not personalized and are suitable for children, and the game sends no analytics for them.
Purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Google shares the order id, product and purchase token with the game so it can deliver what you bought. We never see your payment details.
Ads are shown by Google AdMob. For players 18 and older, AdMob may use your device's advertising ID, approximate location from your IP address and how you use the app to personalize ads. Players 13 to 17 only get ads that are not personalized. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
For players 13 and older we use GameAnalytics to learn how the game is played, such as chapter progress, purchases of in-game items and crash reports, linked to a random id that GameAnalytics creates. We use this only to improve the game. GameAnalytics' policy: https://gameanalytics.com/privacy
If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your phone, such as when your energy is full. Nothing is sent to us. You can turn them off in the Hold or in your device settings.
We do not sell your data. Data only goes to the services above, for the reasons above, and is encrypted in transit.
Uninstall the game to remove everything stored on your device. To ask for analytics data linked to your device to be deleted, email support@digicore.studio and we will handle it within 30 days. Steps: digicore.studio/deepforge-delete-data
The game is not directed at children under 13. If a player under 13 enters their age, the game turns off analytics and personalized ads for them as described above.
